Studio Essence is a pole and aerial fitness studio based in Highbridge, Somerset, established in 2012.

Offering group classes, private 1-2-1 lessons, and private parties across a wide range of disciplines — including pole, aerial hoop, sling, silks, pole silks, hoop silks, heels, and stretch & flex sessions — Studio Essence provides a safe, inclusive, and supportive alternative to the mainstream gym.

All instructors are certified by Spin City and/or XPERT, and the studio welcomes complete beginners through to advanced students, with beginner courses, showcases, and events throughout the year.
