Studio Viva is a ladies-only fitness studio in Cowbridge, founded in 2017 as a co-operative by a group of women determined to keep a local gym alive.
Run by MD Louise Shakespeare and a team of qualified instructors, the studio offers a convenient 30-minute resistance circuit plus a wide range of classes — from dance and aerobics to HIIT and gentler options — all tailored to individual needs.
The focus is on helping women of all ages feel better, lose inches, improve mobility and build confidence in a friendly, encouraging environment, with results delivered in just 30 minutes a session.
