Studio Yoga has been offering yoga classes in the heart of the Test Valley since 2008, led by owner and teacher Tamsin Kelly. Classes are held at Longstock Village Hall and Stockbridge Town Hall, with outdoor sessions by the River Test in summer and weekly sessions available on Zoom.

Tamsin teaches Hatha Yoga linking breath and movement, with a focus on strength, flexibility, posture, and core stability. All levels are welcome, from complete beginners to experienced practitioners. Private 1:1 and small group tuition is also available at your home, workplace, or online.
