Suggy's Gym is a family-run boxing and combat sports gym established in 1988, based on Castlegate in Newark. With 37 years of coaching experience, the gym offers over 4,000 square feet of world-class training space welcoming members of all abilities from age five upwards with no upper age limit.

Home of Newark Amateur Boxing Club and affiliated with England Boxing, the gym provides group classes in boxing, kickboxing, MMA, and bootcamp alongside personal training, kids' fitness, and seniors' training — all in a safe, safeguarding-led environment built on confidence, discipline and respect.
