Sunfish Yoga and Therapy is a small, warm and personal studio set at Court Lodge Farm in Hinxhill, near Ashford, surrounded by fields and trees yet easily accessible from junction 10 of the M20.
Founded more than 20 years ago, the studio is led by Alison Belsom and offers rest-centred yoga — including gentle yoga, Dru yoga and prenatal yoga — alongside therapies such as reflexology, NEPIP, fertility and maternity reflexology, and Jin Shin Jyutsu.
Additional offerings include breath coaching, women's wellbeing programmes, half-day immersion packages blending yoga with therapeutic treatment, and deeper support pathways such as Rested Immersion Pathways and The Rested Cycle.
