Suzi Staden Pilates Studio offers professional Pilates instruction in the heart of Kent, based at Evegate Business Village near Ashford. Founded by Suzi Staden, who qualified with Body Control Pilates in 2010 and opened her first studio in 2016, the studio offers Reformer Pilates, Mat Pilates, Rehab Pilates, and wellness workshops including Sound Baths.
With a large team of qualified instructors, classes run across the week at all levels from beginner to intermediate and mixed ability, welcoming everyone from complete beginners to elite athletes and those recovering from injury or surgery.
