Sweatbox Training is a private and semi-private members gym in Folkestone, Kent, founded by Jason Cullum and Ross Croucher — two childhood friends from Seabrook with a shared passion for fitness.

What started in a garden shed has grown into two fully equipped gyms: a 100% private one-in-one-out facility in Cheriton, and a larger strongman-focused gym at Park Farm Industrial Estate. Both sites offer 24/7 access all year round, capped memberships for an exclusive experience, and personal training from an in-house team.
