Open 24/7, it offers a clean, welcoming environment with a fully equipped gym floor, a bespoke studio with sprung floor, individual treatment rooms, changing rooms and showers.

Memberships include classes, and a free trial session is available for newcomers. Additional services include sports therapy, massage and UV sunbeds.
