Syd Yoga (Science and Yoga Dynamic) is a boutique yoga studio based in Saddleworth, led by Jamie, co-owner of the Uppermill Community Yoga and Wellbeing Centre. Offering a modern, science-informed approach to Hatha Yoga, classes focus on stress release, strength, flexibility and mindfulness rather than advanced physical practice.

Sessions are available for all abilities — from over-60s to men-only classes — at venues in Uppermill and Royton. Jamie also offers one-to-one Yoga Somatic Therapy (online or in person), exclusive online weekly classes, and community/employee wellbeing programmes.
