The Systema Academy, led by instructor Matt Hill, is a martial arts and wellness training centre based in Wiltshire offering Systema classes for adults, families and children. Systema is a Russian martial art rooted in breathing, natural movement and awareness, helping students build strength, resilience, calm and practical self-defence skills.

Classes are available in person at the Academy's traditional dojo — which includes a wood-fired sauna — as well as online via Zoom. Matt Hill teaches directly, with regular input from world-class instructors including Vladimir Vasiliev. Additional services include breathing classes, jungle adventure expeditions, and corporate training.
