The UK Tai Chi For Life School (英国陈氏太极养身馆) teaches Chen Style Tai Chi to its full potential, promoting health and wellbeing benefits across the Greater Manchester region.

Founded in 2006 by Dr Xianglin (Joe) Lee — who has over three decades of experience and trained under Grandmaster Chen Zhenglei — the school runs weekly in-person classes at venues across Knutsford, Wilmslow, Disley, Poynton, Bollington, Handforth, Ashton-under-Lyne, Congleton, Macclesfield, High Legh, and Lymm, as well as outdoor summer sessions at Hare Hill Gardens.

Online classes are also available. The school offers courses for all levels, seminars (including Tai Chi Sword and Fan), community workshops, and tailored programmes for organisations, employee groups, schools and university students.
