Tameside Pilates is run by Julieanne Kay, a qualified fitness coach since 1995 and Fitness Pilates teacher since 2007. Based in Ashton-under-Lyne, the studio offers face-to-face Fitness Pilates and fitness classes across Tameside — including Ashton-under-Lyne, Droylsden, Dukinfield and Stalybridge — as well as an online PRIME membership group on Facebook.

Classes include 50+ Pilates, mainstream multi-level Pilates, Move More Fitness, and Simple Step, all taught in a welcoming, non-intimidating environment. An online membership option is also available, with weekly live and on-demand workouts.
