The Tao Centre is a Birmingham martial arts and athletic performance training facility established in 1996. Rooted in traditional Shaolin Kung Fu and Southern Steel Wire Mantis, it offers a fully equipped modern gym featuring Keiser pneumatic machines alongside classes in Mantis Kung Fu, Boxing, Kick Boxing, Kids Kung Fu, Ladies Only fitness, Dance Fit, and Gym Circuit.
The centre is built on a philosophy of discipline, personal growth and community, catering to all ages and abilities from beginners to competitive athletes.
