Tedd's Health and Fitness is an independent, family-run gym based in Market Deeping, billing itself as the 'Mecca of Deeping'. Spanning 8,000 square feet of training surface, the facility is packed with modern cardio equipment, resistance machines, plate-loaded machinery, multi-gym stations, and a free weights section with dumbbells up to 60 kg.
The gym offers one-to-one personal training and a range of flexible membership options — from walk-in passes to single adult, couples, family, corporate, and discounted plans for students, seniors, NHS workers, emergency services and military personnel.
