Temple of Yoga is a welcoming yoga studio in Banbury, Oxfordshire, founded by husband and wife Eddie and Ayesha. Rooted in the traditional values of ahimsa (non-violence) and satya (truthfulness), the studio is inspired by the teachings of Sri Dharma Mittra and his Hatha Raja yoga.
Classes span Dharma Yoga, Hatha/Complete Yoga, Yin/Stretch, Restorative Rest, Pregnancy Yoga, Flow & Restore, and monthly women's circles and mama's connect sessions. The studio is open to all regardless of ability to pay, operates a community pricing structure with karma spaces, and donates £2 from every class to charity.
