Terra Hale is a press-endorsed private training studio with locations in Notting Hill and Kensington & Chelsea, designed for professionals who want to train seriously for the long term.
Application-only and strictly one-to-one, every member is assessed, programmed, and coached by the same senior trainer each week in a private room — no open gym floor, no strangers, no rotating roster.
The practice is built on three integrated pillars: strength and conditioning programmed for joint integrity, bone density, and lean muscle; contrast recovery (sauna and ice bath) built into every training block; and metabolic health tracking with monthly body-composition reviews and nutrition coaching. Female-only rooms with certified female trainers are available on request.
Most members train for years, not months.

Pilates or yoga: which one should you choose?
They look almost identical from the outside — a mat, comfy kit, a lot of breathing. They train very different things. We compare the goal, the intensity, the price and the class itself, using real data from 1,561 yoga studios and 1,563 pilates studios across the UK.
