The Body Factory is a not-for-profit, family-run rehabilitation centre in Harrow, founded by Dr Michael Gross (Consultant Neurologist) and Karen Gross (Career Nurse). Set in a converted coffee factory spanning over 6,000 sq ft, the centre offers a multidisciplinary approach to rehabilitation, fitness and wellness.
Facilities include two professional gym areas, a mirrored studio, consulting rooms, audiometry and balance testing, a loft space, and a dedicated cottage for talking therapies. A wide range of self-employed therapists work on-site, covering physiotherapy, personal training, acupuncture, psychology, EMDR, and more.
The centre supports clients recovering from injury, surgery, chronic illness (including Long COVID, CFS and fibromyalgia), as well as those seeking weight loss or general fitness improvement.
