The Box Gym Cornwall is a women-only body transformation gym located in Indian Queens, Cornwall. Founded and run by ex-British Army serviceman and sports scientist Martin Goodenough, the gym specialises in fast and lasting fat loss, body toning, and metabolic conditioning tailored specifically to women's hormonal and metabolic needs — including during menopause.
Members enjoy unlimited gym access, HIIT classes, metabolic circuits, personalised nutrition plans, personal training, and a supportive community. The facility features a fully mirrored weights area, kettlebells, dumbbells, Olympic bars, bumper plates, and a functional strength rig.
