The Box Portsmouth is a specialist CrossFit box and fitness facility based in the heart of Portsmouth City Centre. Co-owned by Carl & Claire Marsh since 2013, the venue offers over 30 adult CrossFit classes per week led by an expert coaching team with over 60 years of combined experience.
Alongside adult CrossFit, the facility hosts MOVE Kids & Teens fitness sessions, RAW Kids Gymnastics (daily, ages 18 months to 7 years), pregnancy and postpartum training, and a dance studio available for private hire. A Couch to CrossFit beginner course runs periodically for those new to the sport.
