ChickBox is an award-winning women-only fitness studio in Eastbourne offering small group personal training, non-contact boxing, sweat cardio, core strength sessions and nutrition coaching.

Founded over a decade ago, the all-female coaching team supports women at every stage of life — from beginners to those navigating menopause, pre/postnatal journeys or rehabilitation — through strength and resistance training, compassionate community, and a 360° approach to health and wellbeing.

Every coach began as a ChickBox member, making the environment genuinely supportive, non-intimidating and empowering.
