The East Dulwich Personal Trainer (The EDPT) is a personal training service based in South East London, led by Coach Carter with over 15 years of experience.

The EDPT offers one-to-one personal training, specialised small group sessions, and online programmes across a wide range of disciplines including strength and conditioning, cardio fitness, TRX and kettlebells, weight management, nutrition planning, fight conditioning, Muay Thai and boxing, functional fitness, and obstacle course race (OCR) training.

Sessions can take place at a local gym, park, your home, or one of three private studio locations. The ethos is to make training fun, focused, and accessible at an affordable price.
