Twist Studios Camberwell is a boutique personal training studio set in a custom-built space under the railway arches on Station Road, just off Camberwell New Road.

Founded in 2009 by Adam Double and ranked in the Evening Standard's top 14 fitness studios in the UK, Twist offers one-to-one personal training, semi-private sessions (up to five people), and a range of weekly group fitness classes including Strength & Conditioning, Hyrox HIIT, Legs Bums & Tums, and Weights-focused classes. Sports massage is also available.

Trainers tailor every programme to individual goals and fitness levels, and two team members hold pre- and postnatal qualifications. Children are welcome at 1-to-1 sessions, and virtual training is available for those unable to attend in person.

The studio is within walking distance of The Oval and Denmark Hill station, and easily reached from Peckham, Brixton, Vauxhall and Elephant & Castle.
