The elbowroom is a long-running yoga, Pilates and Reformer Pilates studio in Stoneybatter, Dublin 7, based at the Manor Picture House on Manor Street.

With over 23 years of community behind it, the studio offers more than forty weekly classes spanning Vinyasa, Hatha, Yin, Restorative Yoga and Mat Pilates, plus a dedicated Reformer Pilates studio with expert teachers and plenty of individual attention. Classes suit complete beginners through to experienced practitioners.

Specialist pregnancy and postnatal classes, baby massage, sound baths, workshops and wellbeing events round out the timetable. The studio also runs respected yoga teacher training programmes (200-hour, 300-hour and specialist courses), children's services and an on-site clinic offering neuromuscular therapy, osteopathy and acupuncture.
