The Fitness Pack is a welcoming boutique fitness studio in Liverpool, founded by Lesley O'Brien who brings over 25 years of experience in the health and fitness industry. Opened in August 2022, the studio offers a safe, judgement-free space with no bright lights or mirrors.

Classes include Spin, Kettlebells, Dyna Bands, Circuit Training, Yoga, Pilates, Sound Healing and Meditation. The studio also hosts Wellness Mornings, UK Wellness Weekends, and from 2026, wellness weekends in Spain. All levels are welcome — beginners, those returning after injury, illness or pregnancy, or anyone new to exercise.

A strong community spirit means members actively encourage and support one another.
