The Fitness Unit is a friendly, family-run gym in Ipswich opened in 2007 by mother and daughter Anita and Rachel Bond, who together bring over 30 years of health and fitness experience. The gym offers a comprehensive transformation programme combining physical fitness, body composition, nutrition, mindset and accountability.

Training options include 1:1 Personal Training, Small Group Personal Training, Group Personal Training and Online/Hybrid PT, with varied classes such as Weight Training, Boxercise, HIIT, Cross Training and signature Saturday/Sunday Shred Workouts. MyZone heart rate technology is used in every session to ensure safe and effective training.

The gym also features a dedicated Flow Studio.
