The Goat Shed (TGS) is Somerset's premium CrossFit, HYROX and fitness gym, located in Bridgwater. Built with beginners in mind, every class is fully coached and all movements are scalable to any ability level.

The facility offers a wide variety of class types — including CrossFit, HYROX, Olympic Weightlifting, Strongman, Kids Classes, and more — alongside impressive recovery amenities: a swimming pool, hot tub, sauna and ice bath. Members can also enjoy an on-site café (Fika) and a TGS shop.

The gym prides itself on its welcoming, ego-free community and offers structured programmes such as the 6 Week Reset, nutrition coaching, and personal training to help members get fitter, healthier and more confident.
