The Grappling Academy offers world-class Brazilian Jiu Jitsu and submission grappling coaching in Llanelli, led by Polaris champion and ADCC veteran Ashley Williams. Adult and kids classes run Monday to Thursday and cater to complete beginners through to experienced competitors, with structured coaching in a premium training environment.
