The Gym Howth is a family-run fitness studio in Howth, Dublin, founded in 2009 by Erica Brennan. It offers a broad class timetable grouped into Ride (BodyCycle and PowerCycle indoor cycling), Resculpt (Power, Power Express and Circuit50 strength and conditioning), Restore (Mat Pilates and Yoga) and Reform (premium Reformer Pilates in a dedicated studio).

Personal training is available, along with challenges and workshops, kids' classes (Gymni Crickets for ages 4-6 and Girls Fitness for ages 11-13) and a small activewear shop. Classes are booked through the studio's app up to 7 days in advance, with options for all levels.

The studio prides itself on a welcoming, non-judgmental community and has raised over €16,500 for LauraLynn Children's Hospice.
