The Hangar is a not-for-profit, community-owned strength and conditioning gym in Weston-super-Mare. With no mirrors and no egos, it's built around connection and progress for all — from total beginners to competitive athletes. Classes include Strength & Conditioning, Olympic Weightlifting, Rowing Club, Mum & Baby, Over 55s, and the free weekly Super Saturday open to everyone.
Beyond training, The Hangar runs community projects including youth mentoring, a holiday activity programme, and women's wellbeing groups.
