The Hot Spot Yoga is a boutique yoga and Pilates studio established in 2006, located in the heart of Parsons Green, South West London. The studio offers a wide range of heated and warm classes including Bikram Hot Yoga (60 and 90 min), Vinyasa, Ashtanga, Yin with sound bowls, meditation, mat Pilates, Reformer Pilates, and HIIT Pilates.
Bikram classes are held in a studio heated to around 40°C, while other classes run at room temperature or gently heated up to 35°C. With a welcoming community, experienced teachers, and a newly added Reformer studio, The Hot Spot serves all abilities from beginners to advanced practitioners across Fulham, Hammersmith, Kensington, Putney, Wandsworth, and Barnes.
