[@The-Hub] is a vibrant leisure and fitness community based at Cosford Grange Farm near Albrighton and Shifnal in Shropshire. The hub brings together multiple fitness operators and instructors under one roof, offering an exciting variety of classes for all abilities — from HIIT, Spin, Circuit and Box Fit to Yoga, Tai Chi, BollyFit and BoogieBounce.

Children's classes (Kidz Classes) are also available. The facility features a fully equipped fitness hall, PT rooms, and an outdoor 'Street Side' workout zone with boxing bags available to hire. The 'Buddy Up' scheme encourages community connections by helping members find workout partners and support each other's goals.

Space is available for hire to personal trainers, therapists, and group class instructors. Classes can be booked pay-as-you-go at £7 per session, or via an unlimited monthly membership at £45/month through RW Fitness.
