The Jiu Jitsu Sanctuary (TJJS) is a Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu and martial arts dojo based in Chelmsford, Essex. Led by Head Coach and 2nd Degree Black Belt Jez Lord, the academy offers classes for all ages and abilities, from complete beginners to advanced practitioners.

The timetable includes Adult Beginners BJJ (Gi & No-Gi), All Levels and Advanced BJJ, Women's Only Jiu-Jitsu, Kids BJJ (ages 4–6 and 7–9), Juniors & Teens BJJ and MMA, Adult MMA, and a Yoga class.

The coaching team brings professional-level experience across BJJ, MMA, Muay Thai, Judo, and Kickboxing, creating a welcoming environment where students develop technical skills, fitness, self-confidence, and self-defence alongside a strong community ethos.
