The Klub is a friendly, inclusive health and fitness studio founded by mother-and-daughter team Kelly Kyle (KK) and Abbie, serving Invergowrie, Dundee West End, the Carse Community and beyond. The studio offers short, effective 30–45 minute group classes in a safe, non-intimidating environment for all ages and fitness levels.

Classes include strength, cardio, movement, suspension training, Pilates, Zumba, and a free running group (The Wanderers). The team also provides personal training, life coaching, nutrition guidance, and corporate wellness programmes. The Klub's philosophy centres on family, community, mental well-being, and helping members fall in love with fitness.
