The Lock Up is a private gym in Weymouth run by NixiFitness, a qualified personal trainer and gym instructor. The studio offers exclusively private training sessions for clients, meaning you have the luxury of training in complete privacy.

The gym is fully equipped with free weights, a Smith Machine, cable machine, leg press, lat pulldown, treadmill, cross trainer and much more. Sessions are tailored to individual goals including weight loss, muscle tone, posture correction, nutrition, fitness improvement and confidence building.
