The Loft Chiswick is a boutique Reformer Pilates and Barre studio located just off Chiswick High Road on Turnham Green Terrace. Part of The Loft family — which has been setting the standard for Pilates in London since 2014 — the Chiswick studio offers expert-led small group classes with a maximum of 10 clients per session.

The reformer offering spans three levels: ReformerFOUNDATIONS for beginners, ReformerSIGNATURE for all levels, and ReformerEVOLVE for intermediate and advanced movers. The barre programme includes BarreESSENCE (signature, open level), BarreSCULPT (intermediate, high-intensity with resistance bands) and BarreSTRONG (advanced, with added weights).

Mat Pilates rounds out the timetable. All instructors are fully qualified and experienced, and the approach is rooted in classical Pilates principles with a contemporary flow, with hands-on adjustments and a strong focus on alignment and form.
