The MMA Room is a small, friendly martial arts club in Saffron Walden, Essex, offering a welcoming environment for MMA enthusiasts of all levels. Classes cover the full spectrum of Mixed Martial Arts — separating standing/striking skills from groundwork — alongside Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu (gi and no-gi), K1 Kickboxing, Aikido, Judo, and more.
Teen classes run for ages 11–17, with adult sessions in the evenings and 1-2-1 personal training available. The club prides itself on being fun, clean, and safe, with no contracts on monthly memberships.
