The Nomadic Sauna is a mobile outdoor sauna experience founded by four friends who met on a beach in Goa. Operating at multiple coastal and lakeside locations across Sussex — including Kingston Beach Southwick, Seaford Beach, Shoreham Sailing Club and Swanborough Lake — they offer private and community sauna sessions in stunning natural settings.
Sessions can be enhanced with homemade seaweed salt scrubs and honey facemasks, and the founders bring a passion for recovery, cold-water swimming and ultramarathon training to everything they do.
