The Original Gym is a private boutique gym studio in Milton, on the outskirts of Cambridge, offering one-to-one personal training and small group classes. Drawing on traditions including gymnastics, Olympic weightlifting, martial arts and the Feldenkrais Method, training is functional and integrated with health as the prime goal.

The fully equipped studio features Olympic bumper plates, competition kettlebells, FIG gymnastics rings, rope climbing, Swedish bars, a vaulting horse and more — all in a traditional, minimalist and purposeful setting.

Led by founder and head trainer Jon, whose background spans Brazilian Jiu Jitsu, training with Ido Portal, DNS certification and a four-year Feldenkrais Teacher training.
