The Pickaquoy Centre

The Pickaquoy Centre — locally known as 'Picky' — is Kirkwall's premier sports, arts, conference and social facility.

It offers two swimming pools, a fully equipped gym, strength & conditioning gym, group fitness classes, squash and racketball courts, a climbing wall and bouldering cave, athletics track, badminton courts, soft play, kids' holiday camps, birthday parties, a wellbeing clinic offering therapies and treatments, a café, Orkney's largest cinema, events and conference spaces, and a high-quality campsite.

The ActiveLife membership scheme provides access to 12 leisure venues across Orkney.
