The Pilates Gym is a boutique Pilates studio in Wythall offering authentic, functional Pilates for every body and every goal. All new clients begin with a private 1:1 assessment before joining small, friendly group classes — typically 6–8 week courses — taught by highly qualified instructors.
Classes include Mat, Postnatal Mat, and Reformer Pilates at beginner through to intermediate levels, plus private 1:1 and 2:1 sessions on the full range of classical equipment including Reformer, Cadillac/Tower, Ladder Barrel and Wunda Chair.
The studio specialises in supporting clients with back pain, injury recovery, hypermobility, menopause, postnatal recovery and mental wellbeing, as well as complementing other sports and active lifestyles.
