The Pilates Label is a classical Pilates studio based in Highgate, North London, led by Romana's Pilates-trained instructor Aafje. Classes are held at St Michael's Church and Waterlow Park (spring/summer), with access to a fully equipped studio at Kinetic Pilates N4.
The studio carries forward the original classical Pilates method with a mindful, precise approach to movement — offering group mat classes, private sessions, and equipment classes for all levels. Regular practice builds core strength, improves posture and alignment, increases spinal flexibility, and supports injury recovery.
