The Pilates Space is a boutique Pilates studio in Sidcup, run by sisters Annaliese and Bryony.

Offering small group classes with individual attention across all levels — from beginners and 50+ Pilates to Reformer and big equipment sessions — the studio specialises in functional fitness, back care, osteoporosis, post-operative rehab, pre/postnatal Pilates, and sports performance.
