A full Pilates Studio in Bannockburn, Stirling, offering Classical and Contemporary-based Pilates with a wide range of specialist equipment including Reformers, Towers/Cadillac, Wunda Chairs and Barrels.

Sessions are available as Private, Duet or Small Group (up to 4), with expert teachers who specialise in areas including Breast Cancer Rehab, Bone Health, Pelvic Health, Pain Management and sports performance. Mat-based weekly classes are also held at community centres in Cambusbarron and Menstrie.
