The Plymouth Fitness Company is an outdoor fitness group based in Plymouth's Central Park, offering military-style bootcamp classes for all abilities, all year round. Sessions run on Mondays, Wednesdays and Sundays, meeting at the Home Park Car Park.
Classes are 60 minutes, feature constantly varied drills, and use a colour-coded system to cater for every fitness level from complete beginners to those training for events.
