The PT Hub is a private, coaching-led personal training gym in Stewarton, East Ayrshire, designed specifically for busy professionals aged 35 and over. Bridging the gap between solo commercial gym training and expensive one-to-one PT, it offers small group and large group personal training sessions in a supportive, no-ego environment.
With over 500 local members coached across five years, the gym provides bespoke programmes, accountability coaching, nutritional guidance, and lifestyle support — all within a private, appointment-only facility. Class types include SGPT (Small Group PT), SWEAT, BUILD, HYBRID, ENGINE, FUNCTIONAL, and INTROX.
