The Running Lab is a specialist running gait analysis and rehabilitation studio in London, founded by Christian Poole (CJ), a sport rehabilitation and applied biomechanics expert with over twenty years of experience.
Using cutting-edge motion analysis technology, The Running Lab offers highly personalised assessments to help runners of all levels — from first-timers to elite GB athletes — understand their unique running style, address niggling injuries, build strength and resilience, and return to running pain-free.
The studio offers two biomechanics assessment options: a 60-minute Technique Analysis and a 90-minute Injury Analysis, each followed by a tailored rehabilitation programme that keeps running at its core.
