Established in 1987, the Ruth Marsh School of Dancing is a friendly, small-class dance school in Sheffield with around 130 pupils. The school offers children's and adult classes in ballet, tap, and street dance, taught by fully qualified teachers registered with both the Royal Academy of Dance (RAD) and the International Dance Teachers' Association (IDTA).

Classes cater for all abilities, from toddlers to adults, helping students build fitness, posture, coordination, self-confidence, and self-esteem — all while making new friends and having fun. The school is also a registered learning destination with the Children's University.
