The Sangha House is a mindfulness-based holistic health and wellbeing centre located in the heart of Taunton, set within an 18th century Convent Chapel.

Established in 2016 by Denise and Andy Spragg, it offers a wide range of physical studio classes including Yoga, Tai Chi, Pilates, Qi Gong, Meditation and Somatics, alongside holistic therapies and treatments such as massage, facials, manicures, pedicures, counselling, hypnotherapy and Buddhist mentoring.

With over 50 practitioners, the centre aims to address all four quadrants of holistic health — physical, mental, social and spiritual — through both in-person and virtual studio options.
