Secret Sauna is a wood-fired sauna perched on the banks of the River Waveney, tucked away on a private river island just outside Bungay in the Waveney Valley. Available for private hire for groups of 2–6 adults, the experience offers exclusive use of the riverside sauna and a tranquil woodland retreat.
Sessions range from a swift one-hour soak to a three-hour escape complete with campfire and picnic. Women-only communal Evening Embers sessions are also available on Wednesday evenings. As seen in Country Life, The Times and Country Living.
