The Space Falmouth is a friendly, community-focused gym and fitness centre offering a welcoming environment for all levels. The studio provides a functional gym floor, a varied weekly class timetable — including Circuits, Pilates, Spin, Yin Yoga and Vinyasa Yoga — and personal training with a Level 3 qualified PT. Members enjoy priority booking, and drop-ins are also welcome.
